Still rare in the Baltimore/DC corridor. However, hybrids are everywhere now, not just in the northern Virginia I-95 carpool lanes. My Maryland alternative fueled vehicle HOV sticker is number 445 in a state with 5M and I leased my LEAF in Oct. of 2012. There is no, none, nota Level III charging here.
