Switch Vehicles, A Different Kind of EV Company Promoting Education and EV
Awareness

The Switch is an electric vehicle that every American can afford. Every
design decision was made to meet four criteria: safety, ecology and economy,
beauty.

ROHNERT PARK, CA, June 04, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- In 2011 we formed
Switch Vehicles, Inc. (http://SwitchVehicles.com). Our goal is to build
sporty, fun, affordable electric vehicles that most people can afford. So we
designed the Switch. Switch is a 3 wheel vehicle that meets all of our
criteria. Licensed as a motorcycle Switch has the added benefit of traveling
in the high occupancy (carpool) lane even with only one passenger.

"If we want things to stay the same, there are going to have to be some
changes made."

Switch has a wide front wheelbase and balanced weight distribution to offer
a very stable, smooth ride. We have designs for 1, 2, 3 and 4 passengers
depending on the needs of the owner. We have left, center and right hand
drive options, Standard, Moon Buggy and Pickup/Utility vehicle
configurations. All three of the current designs use the same chassis to
simplify the manufacturing process.

Education Is A Strong Driver In Our Business Model

Another of our business goals is apparent with our education products. We
developed a college level curriculum while an instructor at our local
community college where I taught a course on how to convert cars to
electric. The curriculum teaches high school and college students about the
history and components of electric vehicles and how to properly convert cars
to electric. The 17 week lesson plan includes lectures, tests and training
for the instructors. We have a one week training program for instructors in
the course material and the building of an electric vehicle. During the one
week training students (teachers, DIY'ers and our dealers) actually work
together to build a Switch.

Our overall corporate goal is to remove barriers to electric vehicle
construction and ownership. To that end we offer Switch as part of the
curriculum, schools can purchase our course complete with a Switch chassis,
batteries and all EV components including video step by step instructions.
The goal is to have a class build an electric vehicle, from the ground up in
less than a semester. We know it works because our pilot schools have all
completed construction of the vehicles in one semester. The only training
the instructors had prior to teaching the program was our one week class.

Do It Yourself!!

We are also offering Switch in kits to the DIY market place. Kit one sells
for $9,750 and comes complete with all the necessary components and
instructions to build a rolling chassis. Complete with lights, brakes,
dashboard, instrumentation, seats, windscreen and pre-assembled and
terminated wiring harnesses. All you or your assembler need to do is follow
the directions and attach the wires where instructed. Once you have your
roller ready you can purchase the motor and battery kits or source your own.

We plan to sell tooling, train builders across the country and world, (we
have interest already) license the technology and promote the concept of
"Build Local". We want to support local craftsmen building vehicles for
their region with local support and local options designed by local builders
for their communities.

Switch Vehicles is entering the production stage. With the completion of our
final pre-production Switch and the creation of several of our jigs for
building the front beam, swing arm and chassis we are poised to receive
orders.

About Switch Vehicles:

Based in Sebastopol, California, just north of San Francisco, we've built
and converted vehicles to electric power since 1991. Now we've invented the
Switch - an electric vehicle that every American can afford. Every design
decision was made to meet four criteria: safety, ecology & economy, beauty.
Initially, the Switch will be available as a kit that is shipped to the
owner for do-it-yourself assembly. Later customers will be able to order the
Switch assembled by a local certified technician in their area. To provide
for local assembly we will train third-party assemblers in geographic
regions, fostering green jobs where we sell vehicles.
