Surely, it cannot be a "crime" if a company sells a car to an individual rather than via a dealership.
You can buy any number of products direct from manufacturers if the manufacturer decides to allow this. They often do not wish to sell to individuals but it simply cannot be termed a crime if they do so. Whatever happened to the free market? You can even purchase a house privately. The whole issue stinks of protectionism and can anyone tell me if it is the same in the UK? -- View this message in context: http://electric-vehicle-discussion-list.413529.n4.nabble.com/Tesla-Petition-Results-tp4664080p4664157.html Sent from the Electric Vehicle Discussion List mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE: http://www.evdl.org/help/index.html#usub http://lists.evdl.org/listinfo.cgi/ev-evdl.org For EV drag racing discussion, please use NEDRA (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NEDRA)
