This problem is more than likely due to your motor. I bet if you unplug your 
motor from the system (just unhook both the + and - from it, that the frame 
leak goes away. I have a Warp9 motor and it does this. It seems to be due to 
the brushes for some reason. Some people say it is due to brush dust, but I see 
the issue even after cleaning it out with air.

I don't know about your fuse blowing. It sounds like something is setup wrong. 
Or it is the wrong fuse. What kind is it?
