Well written and excellent points. I think there is one typo, however.

"SAFT specifies that the cells are capable of a 1/3 C continuous

I think that you meant that the cells are capable of a 3C continuous
discharge rate not a 1/3 C rate.

In any case, this info needs to be read and digested by the Formula E people.
