Heh.  This is obvously someone born too soon to have been around when the 
typical compact car (Ford Falcon, Dodge Dart) ran on 6.50x13" bias-ply 
tires.  Imagine what he (or she) would say about the 12" wheels on a 
Solectria Force or Citicar!

Somebody wasn't paying attention to the instrument panel.  Or maybe the 
writer *wanted* to see how far he/she could push the range down, so the 
final piece would be as negative as possible.

Ah well, as they say, the only bad PR is no PR.
