You guys must not drive many miles, I drive about 15k in my Ghia
www.evalbum.com/4346 and have had several flats over the years and other EV's.
About half needed a spare tire which I was glad to have driving 30 miles one
way to work each day. Some the sidewall split or the puncture was on the side.
The last one a chunk of metal fell off a truck in front of me & blew out the
tire, not much left of it. Unless you like thumbing around, better carry a
spare. I found a Mitsubishi mini spare fits a old VW rim, works great to get
me home/work.
