I'm not sure how much help I can be. The DLS-55 I have has a different PC board than the one in your photo. If I assume that the circuit and component designators are the same, then:

R2 = 100 ohms surface mount
R3 = 1k 5% 1/2w
R4 = 820 ohms 5% 1/2w
R18 = 10 ohms 5% 1/2w
R23 = 100 ohms surface mount

These resistors are in the gate driver circuit for Q2. If Q2 failed with a gate-to-drain short, it is likely that these resistors would fail, too. It may also have taken out the controller chip (U2 UC3844) and/or gate driver transistors (Q3 and Q4).
