This still doesn't beat the 1997 "record"...not sure who is in control of these
world records but they seem to be broken every year with less and less range.

personally witnessed this record(over 1000 miles) for a few hours with my
family. Kinda boring. Just a golf cart type vehicle similar to an NEV with
two rows of seats. It drove for three days. The battery was under the seats.
Mr Kummerow was nice enough to talk to me and show me the rig. As many know
BAT which bought the technology went under so until it's for sale "retail" I'm
not a believer. I think the problem is greed. The air battery concept is not
complicated but everyone involved think they have the golden goose and try to
suck too much money out of it killing the goose. Lawrence Rhodes........
