I would want to buy a pack of 180 or 200 Ah Cells to replace my current
pack. (I don't want to be drawing 300+ amps from a 100 Ah cell.)

My existing Zivan NG3 gets up to 153 volts, so to use it I'd have to buy
44 cells for the 3.5 vpc limit, but the problem is that my DC/DC won't
go above 141 volts so that could be an issue with a nominal voltage of
3.3 vpc = 145 volts. So I'd probably have to upgrade my charger to one
that supports a lithium charging curve.

I'd also be uncomfortable running a pack without a BMS, especially for a
5 to 10+ thousand investment.

Including a new charger and BMS, I'm looking at 10-13K
http://www.kta-ev.com/Battery_Pack_Kit_122_CALB180_p/battery-pack-kit-122-calb180p.htm

Since I'm not convinced that a Lithium pack will last 6 times longer
than my current Lead Acid pack, I'm going to use PbA again and see how
it goes the 2nd time around. (I've got 2.75 years of learning under my
belt....we'll see if I can extend the life of this pack longer than 3
years...)
