I'm Ben's friend, used to be on the list a few years back but never built my
EV. It was to be a Porsche Boxster. I know Boxsters well having owned several
rebuilding engines and almost all other components on car.

Talked to builder
Thormacev. Part timers who has aspirations of building a conversion biz.

It does sound like it has the right stuff.

Has a few issues, tho.
Has elithion but isn't working properly. Will charge, but not without
intervention. Also shuts down pack at lower soc.
Has evision but not working either.
Won't communicate with gauges.

Instrument cluster not integrated.
Hvac not working.

Has an issue with cooling system.
Top has an issue as well.

Builders don't have BTUs to debug, so appear to be giving up.

Conversion is 3 years old.

I'm close to pulling trigger just trying to decide what price I willing to pay
to take on someone else's project.
