If you look further you will find brochures/pictures for the cart with a 
steering wheel. It's the single row of seats model.  It has dc/dc to run the 
lights.  Not much suspension.  But simple and durable. Also a rare historical 
vehicle.  The moped license gives you a lot of rights for very little money. It 
has hydraulic drum brakes which I had resurfaced at a specialty brake shop near 
Petaluma.  They can custom fix any brake shoe.  Moose Motors.     Lawrence
