Note he was not arrested for trespassing. He was asked to not play tennis during school hours -- was playing on a Saturday really a problem? Also a random school employee asking him to not use the tennis courts is not exactly a court issued restraining order -- does it have any force of law? Apparently not or he would have been arrested for trespassing.
