To all: An old customer just called and asked if Electric Vehicles of America Inc. had declared banruptcy. We definitely have not! That was another company.
EVAmerica LLC, a Chattanooga bus manufacturer, who used our nickname filed for bankruptcy in January 2013. They are about the 4th bus company in Chattanooga to declare bankruptcy. They are also the second company that used our nick name or something similar and then went out of business. I believe the other company was Electric Vehicles USA. There are others using a name similar to ours; so beware. Anyway, Electric Vehicles of America Inc. located in Wolfeboro NH (http://www.evamerica.com/) has been serving hobbyists and industrial customers for 25 years. We plan to continue to serve our customers for years to come. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We promote integrity and honesty; see our Mission Statement.
