Click that button, find the picture on your computer that you want to add and confirm, so it will be uploaded and will appear in the list of existing images. Add Title and Description as you like. Note that for the existing pictures you can also update the title/description but make sure to click on the "update" botton after changing the title/description of one picture, as the info for other pics are not preserved when updating one pic. If you forget to click "update" before leaving the page then the changes are lost also. Success! That is not true. You can enter what you want, and easily go back later and add or change what you have.
