After googling the name, I was able to find some other images of this concept vehicle. It turns out that it has 4 wheels, with the rear ones set much closer to the chassis than the front ones. This would make it more stable than the Sparrow, but less than the Tango. I expect that it will not be as stout as the Tango, but maybe it will cost less?
