This message probably won't reach anyone currently affected by this, but if you're considering signing up for email from aol.com (why?), I'd suggest not trying to use it for the EVDL.
AOL has been bouncing EVDL messages for the last few weeks. I've had the same problem several times in the past with a listserver I run on a completely different server, so it's not just us. Nor are we on any of the blacklists. It's just AOL deciding they don't like our patterns of email transmission. We have 17 current members on aol.com. Of these, only 1 appears to be reliably receiving EVDL mail (and I'm not 100% sure of that one). Nine have had the server suspend email delivery because of the large number of bounces. The remainder all are bouncing mail to one extent or another. If you need free webmail, I currently recommend Zoho mail, although I haven't tested it extensively. It's ad-free, or so it claims. You can sign up here : https://mail.zoho.com/biz/createAcc.do If it insists that you have a "proper" referrer, navigate from the tiny text link near the bottom of this page, where it says "Free personal account" : https://www.zoho.com/mail/zohomail-pricing.html Thanks for your patience.
