Too bad it is only low power, 240 volts at under 20 amps... or 120 volts at
under 12 amps.  and the plugs reflect that so to plug into a typical dryer
outlet requires an adapter...
I have wondered about this too,"It kinda makes you wonder why EVSE boxes
were ever required in the first place." But, some people are making
millions of   dollars from EVSE....
