Where is this guy getting electric for 2.8 cents a kWh?

Al (In NJ where electric is at least 15 cents a kWh)
I admit to feeling a little smug as I drive past gas stations. Doesn’t
matter if the price is $3.19 or $4.19 a gallon. I know I do not have to
buy
any. Adding to that “smug” feeling is the fact that with electrical power
costing about 2.8 cents per kilowatt hour it is only going to cost me
$2.38
to “fill up the tank” which of course I’m training myself not to say
anymore. I’m “charging.”
