UT has their own way of thinking. Like putting level-1 charging and then
limiting it to 1 hour.
Which IMO is rather useless, and a waste of money (level-1 is good for
over night or during working hours, but 1 hour does not do much to
regain range).
The plugin community will see each state readdress roadtax fees over and
over as they are trying to squeeze more money to pay of non-road-tax
expenditures. The plugin community will need to unite to fight each time
this happens, else lobbied legislators will 'run-over plugin drivers'
with excessive/unfair fees.
