This sounds very good.  Similar to car-2-go, in the US (Seattle and Austin
TX - not sure where else yet), except EVs.  Hurray!  

The question, in my mind, is how well will the charging process work.  What
happens when you want to borrow a car and the last user left it low on
charge?  Do you add time to your errands to recharge first; does that count
as billable time?  The article states the use is point-to-point, but I
didn't see anything about responsibility to recharge.  (I could research how
the Paris operation works...)
