Yes indeed. Bob knew EVs inside and out. He was also a railroad engineer, and knew all about catenaries and overhead wires. He was also a master of the MacGyver "git 'er done!" school of design. If *anyone* would be qualified to run an EV off the overhead wires bus/trolly, it was Bob! :-)
