Possible, but I'm thinking hybrids and EVs are different enough products
that there isn't too much danger of poaching from Prius sales.  Perhaps
they're waiting until competitor EVs build the market a bit before they
enter?  They've done the pioneer thing (which ain't easy) with the Prius,
so maybe they deserve a pass if this is what's going on.  It's pretty sure
bet that FCEVs aren't going to be competing for sales any time soon, so
you'd think they wouldn't leave a hole like that when there's real EV money
to be made.
