My FIRST piece of advice is charging stations need to be "supervised." Best situation is "Valet Parking" worst is a remote parking lot. Vagrants, both drunks and drug users or dealers need to be controlled by police action. Vandalism is a crime. Go to the Police and swear out a complaint .
