I'm pretty sure that it displays html that way on purpose. That way, any possible hostile contents will be apparent. If you look at the page source, you'll see that it's actually rendering "<html>" as "<html>". To view the page, open the scurbbed attachment's URL in your browser. You'll need your list password. Instructions for getting it are at http://www.evdl.org/help/index.html#susp Use a text editor to copy and paste the html attachment into a temporary file. Save that with the filename suffix .htm or .html, then open that file in a browser. In some cases, depending on what software you have, you may be able to just paste the markup right into an html editor, and have it render the markup directly for you. (I have Arachnophilia, and it works that way.) However, it's best and simplest for folks to just post a link to the page on the web in the first place, rather than trying to attach it to a message.
