There are signs posted at nearly all charging point spaces denoting the "Electric Car" priority over the "ICE" however, they should have stated "Parking for Electric Cars while Charging ONLY, Violators will be towed away if parked over 30 minutes beyond charging completion !" There is cause for abuse if the air cooling or heating is drawing power intended for charging only as some EV are equipped to do. On a personal note, I feel that PIH should be prohibited from using FREE public charging, let them buy gas and only charge at home or at locations where they have to pay . Make the PIH less appealing ... Save the FREE Public Locations for BEV only. And manufacturers should advertise more, to the general public, the advantages of "Pure Battery EV" Another point all the States should Mandate that since all vehicles may be driven in other states than the owner's home state, No vehicle should be sold in one , or a small group of states if not available for purchase in all 50 states, (I hate to see the plethora of vehicle models available in California which are simply "NOT FOR SALE" in all other states). Isn't that a violation of USA Interstate commerce laws? Well it should be. IMHO...
