It is interesting that UC Davis is also very bicycle friendly. Over 50% of their faculty, staff, and students get to campus each day by bicycle. The campus is so big that you really need a bike to get around. The town is also very bike friendly with lots of wide bike paths.
My daughter just started graduate school at UC Davis. It is a nice place to ride bikes.
