Back in September 2012 we saw Nissan displaying the e-NV200 as a panel van and now two years later at the same show they are exhibiting a VIP version equipped with "Club Class" rear seats covered in white leather with blue accents. These come with integrated seatbelts, armrests and extending leg rests. Also in the back there's a 21.5-inch DSP monitor displaying images and movies provided by the passenger's smartphone, tablet or laptop. Rear passengers benefit from up to 670mm of legroom and between the seats there's a central console featuring controls for the ambient lighting, monitor and also providing access to a small fridge holding drinks. Up front incorporated in the structure of the conventional rear view mirror is Nissan's Smart Rear-View mirror which has an LCD monitor working with a high-resolution camera mounted at the back of the car to provide a better view of the traffic behind. On the outside it wears a two-tone paint while power is provided by the same Leaf-sourced electric motor rated at 109 HP (80 kW) and 280 Nm (206 lb-ft) which works with a 48-volt lithium-ion battery pack. According to Dany Boulenger, Nissan's Global Corporate Sales, Division General Manager, some of the extra equipment installed on the e-NV200 VIP concept could be offered as aftermarket conversions if there will be enough demand.
