explain a bit about me, eh? ;) - lots of rain in the flats can be scary
- almost as scary as lots of rain in the hills (those hills slide way
too easy).

CA is setup for the type of weather it used to have (rain usually would

Since I live near the SF Bay, I have experienced being totally flooded
before (can't leave, etc.). Hopefully power and my Internet access will be
OK. If not, then you might not hear from me for a while (like some parts of
the Earth where Electricity and Internet access is not a-given/reliable like
it usually is here).
Else, if all goes well, I shoot them off, and you'll know I am still alive
and kicking (albeit surrounded by water and rain).
