I looked through the site, but there were a few things I couldn't figure out.  
If you can provide more details, the group might be able to offer more help.

  -  What is the storage capacity of the battery pack (in kWh)?
  -  What is the maximum voltage of the pack, motor, and controller?
  -  While cruising, how much power is used (in kW)?  Alternatively, how many 
amps from the battery pack, and at what voltage?

Knowing these will let the group see how much energy storage and operating 
power your system needs.  For example, if your power needs are fairly moderate, 
repurposed Leaf packs might work well.
