I bolted a fan directly on my air-cooled AC motor, and that helped, but in this case, it will need a directed airflow to help cool the motor. If that doesn't help enough, insert a misting nozzle into the airflow.

However, before doing anything drastic, attach a digital thermometer to the motor and find out exactly how hot it is getting, and then compare that to the max value from the manual.
