I say again, I am not opposed to a road use fee added to EV's AS LONG AS THE SAME amount is applied to all ICE cars as a fee for their use of the air we breath. Yes, EV' are getting a free ride on the gas tax, but ICE's are getting a free ride on the environment and THAT HAS TO STOP!
