I will assume Steve used the LCS-25 EVSE for his 2012 i-Miev EV http://evalbum.com/4305 which did not need or use all of the LCS-25 's L2 4.5kW capability https://www.clippercreek.com/store/product/charging-station-lcs-25-level-2/ as an i-Miev 's on-board L2 charging capability is limited to 3kW https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsubishi_i-MiEV ... Plug-in charging 15 A 240 V AC (3.6 kW) on the SAE J1772-2009 inlet ... IMO your drowned-(its dead Jim)-EVSE has gone to Silicon-Heaven https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silicon_Heaven (where all electronic equipment go after death), and should be laid it to rest in a recycle-bin. Its time to open your wallet and purchase a replacement EVSE.
