I bought a 1994 Solectria E-10 (Vin#1GCCS1449RK183653) from E-Vermont in 2005. I installed
a new set of 24 DEKA Dominator Gel Batteries and put approximately 19,000 miles on the
truck commuting back and forth to work for several years until the batteries wouldn’t take
enough of a charge to make the commute. The truck has been in storage since that time
waiting for a new set of batteries. My plan was to install another set and continue to use
the truck. It has become painfully obvious that I have not been able to afford batteries
and that it will probably not happen anytime in the near future. I’m left with the
regrettable decision to sell and would to see it go to someone who will appreciate it and
provide a good home.
The truck itself is in very good shape for a work truck. I used it to haul firewood and
building materials. It has a few minor dings, dents and blemishes but could very easily be
made to look like new with a paint job. All functions were working when it was covered and
garaged. It has a cassette tape player and A/C which seem pretty standard. I have some
pictures kicking around that I’m sure I can dig up if anyone would like to view them. I’m
willing to attempt to answer any questions anyone might have. I would appreciate it if you
would pass the word along to anyone that might have an interest.
I am asking $10,000.00. The truck is currently located in Brattleboro, VT right off Exit 2
of Interstate I-91.
