Just curious what didn’t work for you with the Cummins. My Dodge-Cummins has been the most reliable vehicle I’ve owned, and I make biodiesel for it. (I’ve killed several Jettas on home-brew biodiesel, but the Cummins just laughs at water or glycerine in the fuel.) I get 20 mpg on my current 4x4; got 24 when I had a Dodge-Cummins 2x4. That might not seem like much, but when compared with other 3/4 ton trucks… I get that much even with stake-pocket sides and five yards of manure in it! That “3/4 tonne” seems to be good for two tonnes, if you drive carefully and max out the tyre pressure. :::: Jan Steinman, EcoReality Co-op <http://www.ecoreality.org/> :::: _______________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE: http://www.evdl.org/help/index.html#usub http://lists.evdl.org/listinfo.cgi/ev-evdl.org Read EVAngel's EV News at http://evdl.org/evln/ Please discuss EV drag racing at NEDRA (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NEDRA)
