After reading a little about Dan Schwartz and his budget ideas, I'm not overly impressed with him, but I don't entirely blame him here. There IS something kind of dodgy about Faraday. Schwartz also right to be cautious. Any state official should be, because the last 2 or 3 decades are full of similar EV efforts that chowed down tax dollars, paid their executives handsomely, and then walked away, leaving the city/county/state with no jobs and no tax revenue, just a derelict plant and a parking lot with grass growing in the cracks. PS - I guess it's all a matter of taste, and maybe others think it's hot stuff, but IMO Faraday's bizarre-looking prototype strikes me as a parody of itself. It reminds me of the cars I used to doodle in my junior high school notebook margins -- and let me tell you, I was not and am not an artist. http://www.greencarreports.com/news/1104849_faraday-future-vs-nevada- treasurer-electric-cars-vs-taxpayer-protection https://v.gd/aEDz9A David Roden - Akron, Ohio, USA EVDL Administrator = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = EVDL Information: http://www.evdl.org/help/ = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Note: mail sent to "evpost" and "etpost" addresses will not reach me.
