What I would do is build or purchase a portable EV charger that has a battery 
pack in it. Them charge the portable charger with the solar array. Not sure 
where to buy one but I have seen them. There's a guy 50 miles from me who 
advertises road side assistance and he uses a charge-a-lot brand portable 
charger.
