They appear to be a transit refurbisher that's branched out into conversions. Their website says they do conversions to CNG, LNG, LPG, "hybrid" (which can mean whatever they want it to) and, at the end of the list, "Zero Emission Propulsion." That latter term is a link leading to a separate website http://zepsdrive.com/ They don't say who manufactures the drive or the battery, just that the latter is "lithium ion," "Lightest & Most Energy Dense Battery Pack on the Market," and has a capacity of 311 kWh (!).
