Hello Michael, That company (Alliance) would belong to Richard Hatfield who also owns Lightning Electric Motorcycles. He's an honest guy and a friend. I crewed for him several years when we raced the Lightning. Started running EnerDel in 2011/2012. Good sponsorship and most excellent product. Richard became a dealer for batteries & cells.
I'm not about to speculate on pricing however occasionally EnerDel will offer inventory reduction deals to friends. I was able to get some during one of their such house cleanings.
