Swapping module stacks into a pack is way simpler than building a new pack from cells. Note that it is required to water-proof the enclosure as neither bms nor the bms wiring can withstand water. Indeed Leafs are nice and outlive their pack, that is why I put new modules in them. I might be able to help if you want to give swapping a try. Cor
