R = V/I or a resistance of 0.13 ohms.  Then just look in a wire table and
see how many feet of wire you need to equal 0.13 ohms.  Choose a long wire,
else it will get red hot.  Maybe put it in a bucket of water?  You need to
dissipate P = V * I or about 500W.  That gives you and idea of how much
heat you have to dissipate...
