(I like 'Clean Thunder' as an EVent name) IMO The EV communities best combined efforts are what makes the National Drive Electric Week 2017 https://driveelectricweek.org/ continue year after year to be successful. There are three orgs working together to make that happen: PIA, Sierra, & EAA The idea should be proposed to the WashDC area chapters of each, with wording of the hope that it will be supported to grow to a national involvement effort.
