IMO The EV communities best combined efforts are what makes the 
National Drive Electric Week 2017

 continue year after year to be successful.

There are three orgs working together to make that happen: PIA, Sierra, &
EAA

The idea should be proposed to the WashDC area chapters of each, with
wording of the hope that it will be supported to grow to a national
