It is a FAR bigger problem than authorization. SuperChargers do ~400vdc. The amount of current is negotiated between the car and the SuperCharger. The Tesla cars have to be smart enough to switch out the 120/240 vac onboard chargers and give the SuperCharger direct access to the pack. If you succeeded in hooking some other car to a SuperCharger you would almost certainly have a disaster.
