Hi Gary, I developed a method to swap packs, it depends on whether you want to involve Nissan to reprogram the BMS, so you can swap the complete pack, or not and then you must open the pack (cut the glue that keeps the shell together) and swap the internals. I have done swaps where I have prepared modules in advance and it indeed takes about half a day hustling from the moment you drive the car into the garage, jack it up and remove belly pans, until the moment you have pushed the last clip back into the belly pan and can drop the vehicle off the jack stands. BTW, I am using 2 jack stands and only jack up one side of the car, using a low profile hydraulic jack, which I also use to lower/lift the pack onto a furniture dolly. I have documented the whole process here before (see archive) and I will be happy to demonstrate the process. Cor.
