"Up to."  Right.  What is your internet connection supposed to give you 
speeds "up to"?

Interesting idea, not ugly, and not horrendously expensive, but imagine what 
it would cost to fix a creased door or fender.  I'm skeptical that the value 
of the electricity generated would offset the extra insurance cost, let 
alone extra vehicle cost.
