Help Please...I really would like to get my EV back on the road. Replacing the motor did not fix the problem so here is what I have. Press accelerator and wheels move (while jacked up )slowly and jerk. Amp gauge max out at 50 amp (normally goes to 200 amps plus when it was working. Reading full voltage, ~220DC to controller. Motor seem to work when I had it out of the car without a load. All seems to be ok with trans, CV joints, etc. Spun up on the table but I did not check the RPM or attempt to put a load on it. (it did throw the shaft key across the garage...opps)
Any help would be appreciated. Also what are the differences between the DMOC 445 and UMOC 440? If not using CAN interface can the UMOC replace the DMOC without too many changes.
