GM has a very-long bad-track-record (EV1) of either producing pih that they call EVs (Volt, ELR, +), which don't fit consumer needs (that dealers don't sell correctly) or GM is long on words and short on truth (like a girlfriend/lover that talks a mean game, but is devoid of honesty/has-no-honor).
