Can we have this nationwide -- make that worldwide -- please?  And cash too? 
You can fill up an ICEV with gasoline using a credit card or cash anywhere 
in the world.  ANYWHERE.  ANY BRAND.  Why can't you charge an EV the same 
way?  And when will that be fixed?
