That's a great idea, Bob. Every EV comes with a 120vac charging cord. In most parts of the US, outdoor AC receptacles are already in place (mandated by the electrical code). Rather than the expense of a special J1772 EVSE, businesses and residences just need signs that say it is OK to use that outlet for charging an EV.
