The video explained that the Dieselgate ‘fix’ for a specific Diesel engine used 
in at least one model of VW only was enabled between a specific outside air 
temperature range, 5 to 35 c if I remember correctly. If the temp was less than 
5c, the emissions fix was turned off. If above 35c it was turned off. In many 
parts of Europe (where this specific vehicle was sold) the emissions fix would 
be turned off much of the time.
